 Shipping Policy

All items are made to order. Processing times typically take 3–7 business days before shipment. During peak seasons, this may extend to 7–10 business days.

Shipping Times:

• Domestic: 3–8 business days after processing.
• International: 7–21 business days after processing.

Shipping Providers:

• We use trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Shipping Costs:

• Calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order weight.

Return & Refund Policy

No Returns/Exchanges:

• Since our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with a photo of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled or changed within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins, and changes are no longer possible.

Payment Policy

• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as shown at checkout.
• Payment is due at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property Policy

• All designs on our products are either created in-house or sourced from third-party designers through platforms like Creative Fabrica.
• We hold a valid commercial license for all designs sourced externally, ensuring compliance with copyright and usage laws.
• Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or use of our products or designs is strictly prohibited.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized items can include in-house designs or licensed graphics sourced from external creators, depending on your request. All final designs will align with licensing and copyright standards.

No Returns for Custom Orders: Due to the unique nature of custom products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective.
